Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. Businesses, schools, and professionals may use Sentinel through their own profiles.

You're responsible for your account, your password, and everything that happens under it. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

You own the content you post. By posting, you give Sentinel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service (and to promote the service). You can delete your content at any time, which ends that license except where the law requires retention.

Don't post content you don't have the right to share. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or that endangers children.

• Be kind. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeted attacks.
• No spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No misuse of bookings, listings, or contact features.
• Follow all applicable laws.

We may remove content and accounts at our discretion when these rules are broken.

Sentinel lets parents book time with businesses, professionals, and other families, and list services in our marketplace. Sentinel is not a party to those agreements. You're responsible for honoring the bookings you accept and the listings you publish. Always exercise common sense and basic safety when meeting people you met online.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Pricing may change with notice before the next billing cycle.

Sentinel links to and integrates with third-party services (e.g., maps, payment, social platforms). Their terms apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for third-party content.

Sentinel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information shared by other users — including health, safety, allergy, travel, and recommendation content — is not professional advice. Always confirm critical details with a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or for reasons of safety, legal compliance, or operational need.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless your local consumer law gives you different rights.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
