Why QR Safety Profiles Matter

Children with food allergies, autism, IEPs, asthma, seizures, diabetes, feeding restrictions, and other medical needs often rely on information being passed between multiple adults throughout the school day. When information is delayed, missing, or trapped in paperwork, children can be placed at risk.

The Sentinel QR Safety System is designed to help authorized adults access parent-approved emergency safety information quickly, securely, and consistently.

This system is not a replacement for school medical forms, physician orders, 504 Plans, IEPs, emergency services, or licensed healthcare guidance. It is a safety communication tool designed to support faster awareness and better coordination.
